Congrats to Judge James Stewart, retired (now DA of Caddo Parish and former LJC/NBA Chair) for his recent 2016 Professionalism Award. During the ceremony DA James was given Rave Reviews for the changes he has implemented in the DA’s office, with attendees noting that under his leadership the level of Professionalism in the Caddo DA office has significantly improved.
