Congratulations to Judge Dana Douglas for being sworn in as the First African American Female Judge of the US Fifth Circuit of Appeals!

The Honorable Dana Douglas, was sworn in as a United States Circuit Judge forUnited States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals at an investiture ceremony on Friday, March 10, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Judge Douglas will serve as the first African American Female Judge of the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  The ceremony took place at the US Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals located at 600 Camp Street, New Orleans, Louisiana.
